The workshop is located in Yamabare, in the northern part of Ishigaki, Okinawa, with views of the sea surrounded by coral reefs—from Kabira Bay to Cape Hirakubo.

Each piece is entirely handcrafted by a single artisan, using refined Ishigaki clay. Its distinctive design reflects the cobalt blue sea of Yaeyama, with a rim that evokes the softness of sand.
