Artisan’s Recommendation:

• Before use, soak the piece in hot water to allow it to absorb sufficient moisture. This helps prevent stains from tea, grease, or food liquids.

• After each use, wash thoroughly and make sure to dry completely before storing. Storing in dirty water or failing to dry properly can cause stains, discoloration, or unpleasant odors.

• If the base is rough, you may gently smooth it with fine sandpaper.

• Not recommended for microwave use, as it may accelerate wear.

• Not suitable for dishwashers, direct fire, or ovens.

• The bottom is treated, but avoid dragging the piece across hard surfaces to prevent damage to furniture.

• Crackling or color changes after soaking in hot water are characteristics of the glaze and do not affect product quality.
