7-Day Return & Exchange Policy
At ESTILOREIWA, we want you to shop with confidence and peace of mind. That’s why we offer a 7-day return and exchange policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the unused item in its original condition, provided you contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
The return or exchange request must be made within 7 days of receiving your original order.
All items must be returned in their original condition, with no scratches, signs of wear, resizing, or alterations of any kind.
When returning or exchanging items, a trackable shipping method must be used. Returns or exchanges without a tracking number will not be processed.
Important: Do not send your return to the address printed on the package, as it is not our return address. Doing so may affect the processing of your refund.
Non-Refundable Items:
Items that have been used or were sent as a replacement/exchange cannot be returned again.
Return/Exchange Process:
Step 1: Start Your Return/Exchange Request
Email us at estiloreiwa@gmail.com with your order number. Our customer service team will assess the eligibility for a refund or exchange and send you a Return & Exchange Authorization.
Step 2: Ship the Product Back
Once your request is approved and you’ve received our return/exchange address, you must ship the item within 3 business days following our instructions.
We recommend using a shipping method with tracking and signature confirmation. If the item is returned without tracking and is lost in transit, the customer will be held responsible, and no refund will be issued.
Step 3: Refund or Exchange
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item within 3 to 5 business days, then proceed with the replacement (in case of an exchange) or issue the refund.
Refunds:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days after the item is received, inspected, and confirmed.
Important: Even if you received free or discounted shipping, we cover the original shipping cost for every order. Therefore, the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
Refund Policy for Undeliverable Packages:
If a package is deemed undeliverable by the carrier and returned to the sender, the customer will be responsible for paying the reshipping fee. We do not offer cancellations or refunds for undeliverable packages.
A package may be considered undeliverable for reasons such as:
Incorrect shipping address.
Failed delivery attempts.
Refusal to accept the package.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct and that someone is available to receive the package during delivery attempts.
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact the customer with instructions for reshipping. The customer will then have the option to pay the shipping cost for the package to be resent.
